PROJECT SUMMARY

Belletetes Inc, a building material supplier in New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, hired Hutter Construction to manage the construction and renovations of four of their retail facilities.

Beginning in 1997, Hutter completed an addition and renovation to 13,000 SF at their existing store in Peterborough, NH. In 2001, a 14,000 SF addition and renovations were done to their Jaffrey, NH store, which is also their corporate headquarters. A second story corporate office space was added over the existing first floor retail space while the store remained operational.

In 2011, Hutter constructed the new Ashland Lumber store to replace a dated 8,500 SF stick-frame building and boasts 17,000 SF of new merchandise space. With this new capacity, Belletetes positioned itself to fully service New Hamphire’s Lake Region.

A new store was added to the Belletete chain in 2017 when Hutter completed the new 17,280 SF Andover, NH store. Built in front of their existing lumber yard, the new store was constructed while the lumber yard remained open within disruption to operations.
